STARK INDUSTRIES LEGAL INTERFACE
By initiating a connection with Arc Maple, the biological entity (User) agrees to the following system protocols. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
ACCESS AUTHORIZATION
User must be of legal adult age and a resident of the Canadian sector. Accessing the system constitutes a confirmation of these parameters.
SIMULATION PARAMETERS
Arc Maple is a closed-loop social entertainment system. All transactions are simulated using virtual energy units. Real monetary assets, deposits, and rewards are not supported by the Arc Core architecture. This system does not facilitate gambling.
BIO-METRIC REQUIREMENTS
User clearance is strictly for authorized adults. The system reserves the right to terminate any connection that fails to verify appropriate authorization levels.
EXTERNAL DATA NODES
The system may display pathways to external nodes. These external operators are independent of Stark-certified Arc Maple protocols. Interaction with external nodes is at the user's discretion and risk.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All core code, UI armor, and visual assets are protected by Stark Industries Intellectual Property protocols. Unauthorized replication will trigger legal counter-measures.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
The Arc Core is provided on an "as-is" basis. Stark Industries and its subsidiaries are not liable for any system-induced euphoria, data loss, or synchronization issues resulting from prolonged simulation sessions.
DATA SECURITY
Personal data is processed according to the Security Protocols. All data packets are encrypted during transmission.
